Round 3 vs CheeChee and dani_phantump [3WTT2 Set 5]

At last, I have made it to a tournament finale match after winning against a 2009 tennis veteran and someone who’s won two tournaments in a row before, which is…pretty fucking huge, I would have fucking killed to make it to this point when I was a woefully confused puberty ridden kid struggling with creative block in the middle of the pandemic, thinking video editing was a bygone hobby of mine I had outgrown, not knowing the real growth was far ahead of me. My match with system and chutley I think is the best match I’ve ever played in and I consider my round 1 for it to be the best and important thing I’ve made, making it was a genuinely healing and almost spiritual experience
And now I face off with CheeChee and frame, both very talented, creative and experienced creators that I’ve known about since I was very young (pre-2020 hiatus), the latter being someone who I’ve become friends with and have developed many ideas for a match between us, and a few of those ideas made it to this round! Thought frame would’ve liked the inclusion of Quentin Crisp as that’s someone I know fre admires
This round is pretty short in comparison to the previous…could be due to round 2 feeling like two minutes shorter than it actually is to me.
I’m one who usually uses a fuck ton of music in my rounds so it’s odd that I somehow only used 2 songs in this entire round lol, I’m just as shocked as you are
Overall pretty underwhelming round but that’s ok not every tennis round has to be a hit
