The RC Bandit comes in 8 different colors combinations. If you want a given combination you will need to keep restarting the mission until getting the one you want, and if you wish to collect all 8, then you will have to do the whole process 8 times.

I wanted to experiment using the Tractor to tow the RC Bandit similar to how I had towed the RC Tiger. Unfortunately that didnt work so well, so I instead decided to use the original method using bullets to push it. Fortunately the satchels charges make it a lot easier. Also, if getting hungry is an issue, you can keep an Ammu-Nation menu opened like the one used on the Tiger video to avoid it.
I experimented using a Towtruck on the RC Bandit after having saved in a garage and it was a bit better than the Tractor, but I still need to test it underwater and see if it is better than the shooting method (probably it isnt, I have never seen such a bad vehicle to tow, even the RC Goblin and RC Raider are much better to do that).
I will describe the method below:
1- Get OM0+call with Bloodbowl and then park a car at transfender door to make it unsolid during Driving School
2- After reaching transfender red sphere, quickly select hydraulics twice. The test then should restart. Select hydraulics again and accelerate 3 times and then stop you car to fail the test again. Press exit vehicle key to exit the test, and at the test selection screen press exit key again.
3 - Release the call to gain movement and exit the driving school. Enter any shop or the crane nearby to gain the ability to receive calls while having the menu. Do the OM0+call setup again and this time release the call to exit SF gym without accepting nor declining the challenge.
4 - Go to the airport, and at the flight ticket screen wait for another call to happen, then hold this call and buy a flight to Las Venturas. Wait from 1 to 2 second then answer yes to accept the fight challenge (cant be too early or too late, and also, you must have enough muscle to be able to fight the gym master). If done correctly, you should be able to run and accelerating without skipping the flight.
5- Go to Zero and start the mission (select a weapon that can fire as it will help cancelling calls later, since I forgot to do that I had to wait for the calls to end), after that you can release the call to get OM0 during the mission. Press exit vehicle key enough times to close the transfender menu to be teleported there. Since you had a flight also active, CJ will exit the bike. Now be careful when exiting the garage. After jumping lean forward with the forward key for 2 seconds the open parachute, and then close it (if you open parachute too soon, CJ will get stuck in it and he will die).
6- Hold forward+sprint+rotate right or left key, all 3 at once. This way you can run with CJ without having to worry about the Goblin getting destroyed. Now you need to reach Quarry before the 8 minutes run out. Buying a flight to Las Venturas will help saving some time.
7- Now you should start Quarry (it is better to choose a mission that doesnt have Dumper, because they usually get stuck in each other and explode, because the mission starts duped). After that hold sprint button until the white arrow on the minimap start rotating by itself. This means that the Goblin health has reached zero and is about to explode. 2 minutes after that the Goblin will despawn and the minimap will start showing CJ's location once again, and not the Goblin anymore.
8 - Since the map is fixed, it should be easier reaching where the RC Bandit should fall. The best undrowning spot seems to be the one at hampton barns. I tried using a Tractor, but that seemed a waste of time. You can try using a Towtruck and see if it is any better, or just go prepared to shoot it with Sawn off Shotgun or the Minigun.
9- Before skipping Quarry to end the mission, be sure CJ is close to it on the map. It doesnt even matter if the Goblin is being looked at or not. All needed for it to no despawn is CJ being close to it on the map.
10- When if falls you will then need to push it to a garage (placing satchels on the vehicle with help you shooting it later, as it may be hard using only the blue arrow). Fort Carson seems to be the best option for storing it. If you want to get other colors of the RC Bandit then you will need to do all that again.
