US District Judge U.S. District Judge Henry E. Hudson who was appointed by George W Bush in 2002, today has ruled that mandating citizens to purchase health insurance was unconstitional. He did however deny requests to strike down the law in its entirety or block it from being implemented while his ruling is appealed by the Obama administration.
Its next step is actually the 4 Circuit Court of Appeals, then the Supreme Court
