Your RV may or may not be functional right now, but you might be able to get enough money to pay for a tow truck. Then once you have it secured where you don't have to worry about losing it then you can save up for the parts and labor you will need to get it legal. Or if you can get it to a place where there are utility hook ups, it may not even have to be legal.
Leaving it parked on the street with out proper registration can put your RV at risk for being impounded. By going to Craigslist you can find a place to park your RV that is within your budget.
