Oatmeal Apple Cookies/Soft and Yummy and So Easy

1 cup butter Softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar(packed)
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
about 1 cup of chopped Apples
Note: After I filmed I noticed the cookie seemed not quite done the apples have a lot of moisture and the cookies can seem soggy after a little while out of the oven. I had to bake them for an additional 5-7 minutes. After that they were still so good.
