As the sun sets and the night cools, wombats emerge to begin their nightly forage for supper.

Native grasses, sedges, leaves and roots are all on the menu.

And the pantry appears to be fully stocked in this grassy part of Bundanon in New South Wales, where this wondering wombat was snapped.
