For one not-so-gentlemanly Brit, however, that collectability turned criminal.
Colin Wyatt brazenly stole over 3000 rare specimens from Australian collections, throwing critical scientific understanding off course for decades. 🦋
Thanks to the dedication (and unflappable butterfly obsession) of researcher Michael Braby and his colleagues, those stolen records are finally being set right.
