Stray Along The Way | Nothing Hazy about this View @Strayalongtheway | Uploaded December 2016 | Updated October 2024, 56 minutes ago.
Episode 17: Hazyview is a small town in the Kruger Lowveld region of Mpumalanga, South Africa. It is situated right on the border of the Kruger National Park and has traditionally bee seen as a gateway town to the reserve.
We spent a few days exploring this little town and discovered that there is more to Hazyview than meets the eye.
While the town is excellently positioned as a base-town for the Kruger National Park, it is also a great place to launch excursions out to the west towards towns like Sabie Graskop and Pilgrims Rest. These towns are all part of the popular Panorama Route and are unique and beautiful in their own right.
Another thing we learned is that there is a great deal that can be done in the town itself. We visited the Elephant Whispers park as well as enjoyed a day out in the forest caopy, ziplining with Skyway Trails
