I didn't get to demo the Keeley Nocturne unfortunately. But it sounds absolutely stellar in the demos that I've watched (there are many). The algorithm had me interested so I deduced what I could from the verbal explanations and have had a crack at replicating it somewhat with the AM4. The AM4 features many delays, all with extensive parameter control if you want to go down that path. The unassuming 'Expert Edit' button on the lower left of AM4-Edit editor (and mode on the hardware) is kind of like the bus stop where the average tweaker gets off and the frontiersman gets on. It's a door to deepness, baby. And that means you can bend and twist those delays to do lots of creative and imaginative stuff - things that aren't possible with your standard pedal interface or most other modellers. So here's me, tipping my hat to the mighty Keeley Nocturne to create my own Knocktern ...or not-a-nocturne. More soon.
