Bulldog Aviation Ltd's AT-6C Harvard IIA/Texan, conducting air experience flights with Classic Wings at the Imperial War Museum, Duxford on 13 April 2024.

Built in Dallas as an AT-6C-NT Texan, with manufacturers serial number 88-9725, for the USAAF in November 1942, it was allocated to the RAF as a Harvard IIA with serial number EX289, but was then delivered to the South African Air Force (SAAF) and given their aircraft serial number 7183. One of 436 shipped overseas, it stayed with the SAAF until 5 August 1969, when it was sold to the Portuguese Air Force as part of Operation Oasis and was allocated their serial number 1535.
It was used as a gunnery trainer at Sao Jacinto, Aveiro, - Portuguese Air Force Base Aérea Nº 7 (BA7), until 1978, when it was struck off charge.
On 19 March 1979 it was put onto the British Civil Register and given the registration G-TSIX.
It passed through five different owners, before arriving with the current owners in June 2018.
It is currently painted in spurious US Navy SNJ markings as 111836/JZ-6, spurious because the US Navy serial number 111836 was allocated to a Piasecki HRP-1/PV-3 Helicopter.
