Some new drone footage of the scope and severity of the damage from the rupture, of the 'penstock' pipeline that supplies water to the New Colgate Powerhouse, on the Yuba River, in Northern California, and discusssion on regional impacts. NOTE: Yuba Water Agency reached out to us and asked us to blur the details of about 20 seconds of our video which shows the drum gates at New Bullards Bar Dam, as they say the dam is considered to be critical energy infrastructure, and they don't want detailed pictures of it available online. We have complied with their request. They also told us they think they'll be able to meet peak summer needs for water delivery by getting rice farmers to temporarily pump more groundwater.
