Save this Date Bark Tree recipe to make later ✨
Makes: 16 pieces | Time: Overnight freeze + 10 mins prep ⏱️
🟢 Preparation
Prepare 3 tbsp nut butter
Soak 6 cashews for 6 hours
🟢 Ingredients
For The Bark
16 kimia/medjool dates
3 tbsp nut butter
Chocolate Sauce
6 cashews (soaked)
2 tbsp cold-pressed coconut oil
¼ cup jaggery powder
¼ cup cacao powder
Pinch of rock salt
2 tbsp water
Topping
1 tbsp roasted + chopped nuts
🟢 Method
1. Deseed dates and arrange them in a reusable polythene cone/sheet (tree shape).
2. Press firmly with a flat-bottomed glass so dates stick together.
3. Spread nut butter on top. Freeze overnight till solid.
4. Blend all chocolate sauce ingredients until smooth.
5. Remove the sheet, pour chocolate sauce, add toppings.
6. Freeze for 3 hours, slice, and enjoy!
Tip: No sheet? Just shape it on a well-greased steel plate.
Storage: Keep in the freezer up to 1 week.
