Today started as me getting ready for new headshots for the first time in 15 years. Whitening my teeth, trying new makeup, steaming clothes at the last minute… classic Lisa chaos.
But it turned into something else.
Our dog Corny is 13 and has been having a tough week, which got me thinking about something people don’t talk about very often. What happens to that relationship when you go from dog mom to actual mom.
Corny was my first baby.
