I completed Etho's latest speed challenge on my first try (after he failed both of the attempts he showed), as long as you don't count the time I spawned in 2-deep water.
The challenge is to construct a jukebox using a diamond found in a cave (not a stripmine) and to play a record disk in it, all on hardcore mode and without using the jump key once. The challenge is a LOT harder than Etho originally thought, and I knew from the beginning that it would probably take a while. Ironically, the part of the task Etho died twice trying to achieve (the record) wasn't the big issue for me, it was the single diamond.
