Nintendo Switch Sports Resort Has One Big Problem
At first glance, the game looks fantastic.
Many of the classic sports and party-style activities that made Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort so beloved appear to be returning, along with new minigames and modernized controls for the Switch 2 era.
But there’s one thing we can’t stop thinking about…
How do you bring back all these sports and minigames… and still not bring back baseball?
Instead, Nintendo somehow found room for a thumb wrestling minigame.
Thumb wrestling.
Look, we’re all for weird Nintendo ideas, but baseball was one of the most iconic events from the original Wii Sports. For many players, it was right up there with bowling and tennis.
So while we’re excited for the game overall, we have to ask:
