I replaced the eyecup in my Nikon Z6.
After my cheap tripod failed me by releasing unexpectedly causing my Z6 to slip off and smash on the floor, I had to replace my broken DK-29.
Due to absurd shipping rates and slow delivery times, I opted to try out a 3rd party replacement rather than going for a genuine Nikon eyecup.
In this case, I purchased the Kiwifotos DK-29 Long Soft Viewfinder Eyecup, which was the cheapest alternative I could find with shipping that would take less than a week to arrive.

This is a quick review of my first impressions.

The silicone seems stiffer, and rather than being a thin sheet that is rolled over, its more of a cast silicone edge pointing right at you, so it doesn't feel as soft. It also introduces some vignette effects around the edges of the viewfinder unless your face is pressed right up to the eyecup.

I'm not unhappy with this eyecup, but if this one breaks on me, I will likely go back to the official Nikon version.
