I went for a walk Down Toronto's Yonge Street down to Dundas Square, taking a photo every half a second. Then I exported the footage at standard def, then ran the footage though the Topaz AI Video enhancement tools to stabilize, add frames, and increase the resolution. Rather than sticking to one enhancement model like the previous two videos in this series, I jumped between several.
This is what 12 passes of AI enhancement does to footage.

Most of the blurriness comes from the 'reduce jitter' option in the stabilization settings. I didn't start applying this settings until I was about 8 passes in with regular motion stabilization.
Horizon leveling done manually.
2X Frame interpolation was done in 2 passes; once on the second AI pass, and again on the second last AI pass.

Shot on a Nikon Z6 with 14-30mm/4. No sound this time.
