Happy Friday!! Hope you had a good week. I rarely make this stew but it is quite delicious. You can eat it with rice, yam, plantains or whatever you fancy. Mix up the meats or use just one kind. Be sure to cook your tomato blend down completely. I'll catch you in the next one.

28oz can of whole peeled tomatoes
2-3 Tbsps tomato paste
1 medium onion
3 habanero peppers (or to your taste)
1 large red bell pepper
1.5 cups meat broth
Your choice of meats (oven browned or fried)
1 Tbsp curry powder
1/2 Tbsp season all (or to taste)
1 tsp thyme
1 cup Palm oil
1 cup grapeseed oil (or your choice of oil)
1/2 small onion (optional)
