I love corn. I love 🌽 😂. Did I mention I ❤️ corn? Ok enough. So, I remember having this when I was much younger but I don't think I've ever made it. Its a corn pudding (sort of). This recipe turned out so delicious I have plans to keep making it. Give it a try and let me know in the comments section how you like it.
3 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
1.5 cups corn meal
1 cup water
1/4 red bell pepper
1 small habanero/Scotch bonnet
3/4 onion
1/2 cup meat broth
1/3 cup oil
1 - 1/4 tsp ground crayfish
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp thyme
1.5 tsp season all (to taste)
Your choice of protein
