Nigeria and China are deepening cooperation in the fight against corruption, with both countries sharing experiences on preventive strategies, intelligence and asset recovery.
The discussions took place at the 3rd International Diplomatic Dialogue in Abuja, organised by the Anti-Corruption Academy of Nigeria, the research and training institute of the ICPC.
With the theme “Experience Sharing in Anti-Corruption Strategy: The Chinese Perspective,” the dialogue provided a platform for both countries to explore lessons and strategies that could strengthen Nigeria’s anti-corruption efforts.
The ICPC Chairman, Dr. Adamu Musa Aliyu, SAN, and the Chinese Ambassador to Nigeria, Ambassador Yu Dunhai, expressed optimism that the collaboration would yield positive results.
