KwaZulu-Natal businessman Thabiso Ngcobo has welcomed the new direction of his case after the Durban Regional Court set early October for a pre-trial conference. Ngcobo is frustrated by the postponements in his case, which involves 10 police officers, including Capt. Pedro Rodriguez. Rodriguez and his nine co-accused were charged with attempted murder and two counts of falsifying number plates when Ngcobo was shot in May 2024.
