Born in Puerto Rico and based in New York City, Lanzo's work centers anatomy and the natural world, often exploring what is labeled as “abject”, through evocative biomorphic drawings and watercolors. Her practice is both intimate and political, reflecting layered narratives rooted in cultural memory and identity.
