❤️ THE REAL ROOT OF HEART DISEASE?

For years, the conversation around heart disease focused almost entirely on cholesterol.

Today, we know that inflammation is a major underlying driver of heart disease and heart attacks.

When inflammation damages the lining of blood vessels, it creates the conditions that allow plaque to develop, become unstable, and ultimately lead to life-threatening events.

That is one reason I am so passionate about reducing inflammation through nutrition.

Interestingly, many people don't come to me because of heart disease.

They come to me because they want to reverse lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, or another autoimmune condition.

But as inflammation decreases throughout the body, we often see improvements far beyond autoimmune symptoms.

Clients frequently report improvements in blood pressure, cholesterol, circulation, energy, exercise tolerance, and other markers of cardiovascular health.

Our clients who were struggling with symptoms of heart disease—even heart failure—have experienced rapid and dramatic improvements in symptoms and quality of life while following the Goodbye Lupus protocol under the care of their physicians.

This shouldn't surprise us.

The same inflammation contributing to autoimmune disease can also damage blood vessels, the heart, joints, brain, and other organs.

When you address the cause of inflammation, the entire body has an opportunity to heal.

That's why I don't focus on treating one disease at a time.

I focus on creating an environment where the body can recover.

❤️ Less inflammation.

❤️ Better health.

❤️ A stronger heart.
