In this NeilMed SinuFlo Ready Rinse bottle review I share what I like and don't like about this nasal rinse kit and how to use it.
I've been using this Nasal rinse bottle for about 7 years now. Up to that point I'd heard about Neti Pots and nasal irrigation but I hadn't tried it. After the 1st time using the NeilMed nasal rinse bottle, I became a believer in sinus rinsing.
The 1st thing I noticed was how soft the inside of my nose felt. I know it sounds funny, but there was nothing crusty or sharp feeling left inside my nostrils, and it made my nostrils feel smaller in a good way.
I know nasal rinsing is known for supporting a more healthy nasal passage, but it does reduce the swelling of nasal membranes, as it's stated on some saline packet boxes.
As it's stated in NeilMed's booklet that comes with their sinus rinse packets, nasal irrigation is good for "Natural relief of allergy, sinus, and cold symptoms".
