In my experience - and after a lot of research - I believe the best way to balance hormones is by getting out of the body's way! Your body knows how to be healthy and balanced, we simply need to give it the inputs it needs and do our best to avoid the stuff that can cause hormonal disruptions.

In my late teens, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, PCOS, hypoglycemia, endometriosis, and progesterone/estrogen imbalance. My blood sugar, metabolism, mood, and cycles were incredibly messed up and impossible to control with the medications and dietary advice I was given and found on the internet. Nothing helped.

Until I switched to a Whole Plant Food diet and made some other (pretty major) changes to my lifestyle. The details are in this video!
