Eating disorders are miserable, they're terrifying, they're exhausting, they're dangerous. And they came into existence for a reason.
Figuring out why your eating disorder exists and what it's helping you cope with is a path to recovery. Take that path with support. Because you deserve to be well, you deserve help, you're worthy of support and self-care and joy. You may not know it or be able to feel it yet, but you are. I know you are.
