It's 7/11! National Slushie Day!
Want to enjoy the festivities, but stay Bulletproof? We gotchu.
1. Freeze about 1/3 of a bottle each of up to three FATwater flavors in an ice-cube tray — preferably glass or stainless (roughly 4-6 cubes of each flavor should be plenty for one slushy). Note that because FATwater freezes more slowly than plain water, you may want to stick these in the freezer the night before…
2. Crush each flavor of the fully frozen FATwater ice cubes separately in a blender, putting the slushy-ready ice aside in individual containers as you go. Add 10 mg CBD oil (optional)
3. Combine the multiple flavors of crushed ice in one tall glass, and (optional) garnish with some fresh berries for extra color.
4. Serve and enjoy!
This makes for an incredibly refreshing treat to wake up your brain on a hot afternoon, and (aside from freezing the ice in advance) takes only a few minutes to prepare from start to finish. Just make sure you have enough FATwater standing by to keep up with demand
