The challenge I gave my Patreon group this month was to use a very specific fall color palette - which meant custom mixing the colors! This is an essential skill for any fluid artist - understanding how to deepen or lighten the tone, and making SMALL CHANGES to get to a specific color.

I 'rescue' any paint that gets spun or tilted off by scraping it off of the table, straining it and saving it to use as a base coat for future pours. Very little waste!
