NASA has officially revealed the CLV-1 lunar rover, one of the key vehicles that Artemis astronauts will use during future Moon missions. Developed by Astrolab, the CLV-1 is designed to transport astronauts, cargo, and equipment across the Moon’s challenging terrain while supporting NASA’s goal of establishing a long-term human presence on the lunar surface.

In this video, we explore the rover’s size, speed, advanced deformable wheel technology, cargo capabilities, remote operation features, and how it compares to Lunar Outpost’s Pegasus rover. We also discuss the partnership between Astrolab, Axiom Space, Interlune, and Odyssey Space Research, as well as the future of lunar transportation and exploration.
