Having never really experienced any skin issues apart from acne, getting a a full-on eczema outbreak all over my face and upper body out of the blue was absolutely terrifying. Right away, I started analysing what could have caused it and it didn't take long to identify the culprit: mint! It turns out my eczema was an allergic reaction to mint and the whole mint family in foods and supplements. Once I figured that out, my eczema was gone within days. Thank goodness! If you're battling with eczema or allergies yourself, please know that you're not alone. It's definitely not pleasant, but relief can be achieved with some digging and patience.
