Here is a short little film I made back in 2011 for my film class in MassArt. It was an exercise in 16mm film. Originally there was going to be sound effects there, but that copy that copy is lost. Nondiegetic means having a source external to the context of the story, and not heard by the characters. The sounds consisted of scary animals for the dark scenes and the tweeting birds when the person (played by my brother) is outside.
