From episode 14 of the original version of THE ELECTRIC COMPANY (1971-1977) comes a funny animated skit done is the style of Terry Gilliam from MONTY PYTHON'S FLYING CIRCUS (1969-1974). Speaking of who animated what, I think it could be Edward Baskt who animated this. Say what has four wheels and flies? Tune in and find out.

UPDATE: I found out that it was Fred Garbers (1931-2017) who animated it.
