Well our YT channel cleared the 500 subscriber mark which officially makes us eligible for No Name Nationals and because of that, it's time to really get started on building our racecar so that we can take it and compete with other Automotive YouTubers.
At the time this video was recorded we had 125 days until the first day of the event, sounds like a lot but for a couple weekend YouTubers like us, that boils down to about 16 weekends (including the one in the video) which is only 32 actual work days! So with that said, we definitely have our work cut out for us to get this car turned around and out the door as a proper gasser.

The car is a 1963 Chevy II Nova 2dr Hardtop that spent the better part of the last 20yrs as a bracket car. Now that it's ours, we are converting it to a gasser with the end goal of competing in a drag n drive with this car, gasser class of course.
But for No Name Nationals, we aren't going to worry to much about the road driving aspect, because that's not a requirement at No Name Nationals (thank goodness, that would have been tough to pull off).

In this video we get rid of the stock front end and get the straight axle swap from speedway installed, first major hurtle so that I can start figuring out all the little things that need to happen and be ordered to bring this project together.

If you read this far into the description, be sure to hit that subscribe button and show some support, your clearly at least a little interested in either seeing us succeed or fail, either way you know you want to see how this turns out!
