Delicious is EASY when it comes to salad in my house.

When my boys were toddlers, they would steal my salad whenever I made this.

I have had people tell me that this dressing is so good, they were hunting for more veggies to dip in it just to keep tasting it!

Best part, just like all of my recipes, it's super simple to make.

And if you think kale doesn't taste good raw, you aren't massaging it with this dressing!

Try this and tell me what you think!

YOu can find this dressing recipe and many others, in my book, Goodbye Lupus, Hello Delicious (available on amazon.com):

Dr. G’s Avocado Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
1 large avocado
3 TB lemon juice
3 TB Braggs Aminos
2 TB Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
Filtered water (about 1 1/2 cups)

Method:

Start with about a cup of water and blend in Vitamix blender with all of the other ingredients. Slowly add water until desired consistency is reached.

Use what you want and store leftovers in the refrigerator.

You can pour it on any salad and enjoy it. If you are using kale, make sure to massage the dressing into the kale before adding other toppings.
