Quite possibly one of my favorite endless games in the entire series, there's something especially relaxing and comfy about it and especially its music, even at higher speed lel. Must be the train, love me some trains. To represent the comfiness of it, the train travels through a couple of landscapes (welp 2 am lazy c:), the sky darkens with time and you may see some cameos from time to time.
Also appreciate the fact that good ol' Monk isn't training by eating himself, but feeding others. Top 10 character developments in anime...but does this happen before or after he has a kid? Is that even the same monk? And more importantly...aren't those dumplings and not eggs? The truth shall be revealed in the next RH game... :´)

Simple and comfy times, just like the song.
The BS-X BIOS, AKA the Satellaview, was a satellite modem for the SNES that wasnt released outside of Japan and had interesting services and games. The music is also kinda Earthbound-y so thats a plus, though this one also sounds to me like a potential first town/village theme in a Pokémon game.

You know, I never tried and read the lyrics until I made this video (here they be: https://rhythmheaven.fandom.com/wiki/Classmate), theyre pretty much your regular RH song about love and friendship (cant have a RH with those!), but that made me appreciate it more. As Tibbys farewell, its pretty fitting. Sad we didnt get the lyrics but at least the instrumental isnt half bad tbh, its pretty nice.

tfw no official art of Tambourine so you gotta do it yourself (unless you count that artwork of a Monkey from Fever, but its not really the one of this game).
Tambourine is a really simple game, but I love it, I guess that just a cute monkey and a catchy song is enough for me to like a game, because there isnt much to the game other than that. Id say is the one loss from Fever to Megamix that hurt the most, but then I remembered DWONK.
With that said I find this tutorial theme repetitive even by tutorial theme standards, although I guess its reasonable considering its a copycat game.

The thing with RHDS minigames is that some of the ones that had a sequel were initially too easy and short, and felt incomplete (Fan Club, Blue Birds, Munchy Monk...), sort of like the easy versions of Megamix. It was then in the sequel when they were actually longer and challenging.
...so whatd they do with Lockstep, a game that was already pretty good and fairly balanced? Double the lenght? More zoom-outs? A new cue? ...turning off the lights?
Nope. They actually made it more chill and in swing to teach players about bouncy rhythms instead. And Ill forever be grateful for that, Lockstep 2 IS best Lockstep c:
Also couldnt make the Stepswitcher react to the music this time around, the swing made it had an extremely hard seizure this time around lol. So to make it up I looped the background...its kinda hypnotic.
