Extracted from the live version that was made back when Megamix released in Japan, in 2015. Until the day we get a Megamix complete soundtrack (maybe for the next game?), this is the closest we'll be to a clean version :c .

You know, I never tried and read the lyrics until I made this video (here they be: rhythmheaven.fandom.com/wiki/Classmate), they're pretty much your regular RH song about love and friendship (can't have a RH with those!), but that made me appreciate it more. As Tibby's "farewell", it's pretty fitting. Sad we didn't get the lyrics but at least the instrumental isn't half bad tbh, it's pretty nice.

JOYSOUND is a japanese karaoke company that makes its own instrumentals for their services (so yeah, this instrumental is NOT OFFICIAL technically, but its probably the closest well get for now, and its really good). And so, Roki and their friends decided to get a subscription to JOYSOUND in able to get the various RH instrumentals they offer, real heroes tm.

tfw no official art of Tambourine so you gotta do it yourself (unless you count that artwork of a Monkey from Fever, but its not really the one of this game).
Tambourine is a really simple game, but I love it, I guess that just a cute monkey and a catchy song is enough for me to like a game, because there isnt much to the game other than that. Id say is the one loss from Fever to Megamix that hurt the most, but then I remembered DWONK.
With that said I find this tutorial theme repetitive even by tutorial theme standards, although I guess its reasonable considering its a copycat game.

The thing with RHDS minigames is that some of the ones that had a sequel were initially too easy and short, and felt incomplete (Fan Club, Blue Birds, Munchy Monk...), sort of like the easy versions of Megamix. It was then in the sequel when they were actually longer and challenging.
...so whatd they do with Lockstep, a game that was already pretty good and fairly balanced? Double the lenght? More zoom-outs? A new cue? ...turning off the lights?
Nope. They actually made it more chill and in swing to teach players about bouncy rhythms instead. And Ill forever be grateful for that, Lockstep 2 IS best Lockstep c:
Also couldnt make the Stepswitcher react to the music this time around, the swing made it had an extremely hard seizure this time around lol. So to make it up I looped the background...its kinda hypnotic.

I was messing around with Tengokus files and found this song, apparently unused (although it could be some extra menu or specific theme? Tengoku had some weird extras so correct me if Im wrong). Strangely when you play it the background just goes white and nothing happens.
Hopefully they could reuse it for a future game because it deserves a second chance, sounds classy af.
