This is such a beautiful song, shame that you pretty much have to play without ears and arms to be able to listen to it amirite (?).
So yeah, this already existed but the loop was kinda meh because back when I extended it no one had ripped these themes, so I took the audio from a random video. In case you're curious, the old version will be archived here: youtube.com/watch?v=4c-xTpil9Qk
Kudos to Jero Romero for pointing it out, as this is my favorite Try Again in the series and I think it deserves all the justice. Thanks to them I also learnt about a drumless version so yea stay tuned for that too.

tfw no official art of Tambourine so you gotta do it yourself (unless you count that artwork of a Monkey from Fever, but its not really the one of this game).
Tambourine is a really simple game, but I love it, I guess that just a cute monkey and a catchy song is enough for me to like a game, because there isnt much to the game other than that. Id say is the one loss from Fever to Megamix that hurt the most, but then I remembered DWONK.
With that said I find this tutorial theme repetitive even by tutorial theme standards, although I guess its reasonable considering its a copycat game.

The thing with RHDS minigames is that some of the ones that had a sequel were initially too easy and short, and felt incomplete (Fan Club, Blue Birds, Munchy Monk...), sort of like the easy versions of Megamix. It was then in the sequel when they were actually longer and challenging.
...so whatd they do with Lockstep, a game that was already pretty good and fairly balanced? Double the lenght? More zoom-outs? A new cue? ...turning off the lights?
Nope. They actually made it more chill and in swing to teach players about bouncy rhythms instead. And Ill forever be grateful for that, Lockstep 2 IS best Lockstep c:
Also couldnt make the Stepswitcher react to the music this time around, the swing made it had an extremely hard seizure this time around lol. So to make it up I looped the background...its kinda hypnotic.

I was messing around with Tengokus files and found this song, apparently unused (although it could be some extra menu or specific theme? Tengoku had some weird extras so correct me if Im wrong). Strangely when you play it the background just goes white and nothing happens.
Hopefully they could reuse it for a future game because it deserves a second chance, sounds classy af.
