This impressive mother and daughter duo bond over their brute strength as they weightlift together. Proud mum Kristin Binford, from Pearland, Texas, captured these memories whilst filming her training sessions with her 'firecracker' daughter Vivian. Kristin said: "Vivian is a fire cracker. She plays by her rules and her rules only. She owns every space she enters. "I have lost close to 120lbs. The biggest part of my journey has always been including my children. When I made the switch to strongman, Vivian loved watching me train, so we decided to let her try too. "I always want to remember where I started, our time together, and the memories."
