KULT News was all over Ohio in the first week of November, 2023, like stink on a monkey. In our travels we had the police called on us multiple times and one place we visited even claimed they owned the sidewalk! Were they insane or were they telling the truth?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
