This webinar hosted by REL Northeast & Islands provided evidence-based strategies for promoting digital well-being and preventing suicide within a Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) framework. The webinar offered an overview of how a three-tiered MTSS approach can support students’ mental and behavioral health. Presenters also shared research-based policies and practices for promoting digital well-being, followed by strategies for suicide prevention aligned with MTSS. Participants were also introduced to two new fact sheets on digital well-being and suicide prevention that build upon previously published REL Northeast & Islands resources focused on student and educator well-being.
