So today we'll be looking at the MTD Reverse Mode Control (RMC) Module, the ignition key switch that goes into it, as well as the reverse safety switch on the transmission.

Not only do I explain how this system works, but I'll also give you a few options to choose from when looking at purchasing replacement parts, that will hopefully save you some money.

MTD Ignition Switch & RMC: 925-06119B or STENS 430-220

Oregon Ignition Switch: 33-105 (Works with RMC Module)

MTD Ignition Switch without RMC: 925-1741 or STENS 430-445 (Does NOT work with RMC to cut in reverse, however, will still work as a key switch & allow you to cut in forward gear).
