This review is a US MRE Menu 15 Beef Enchilada. I really enjoyed this ration and can see why it was a hit with the guys/gals in the field! I noticed during the editing that the beef was actually TVP (or Texturized Vegetable Protein or TSP Texturized Soy Protein) so I guess technically it could be vegetarian as well. This one was produced by The Wornick Company in Cincinnati, Ohio. Thanks Joseph for hanging on to this for all those years, it was quite a treat!
