Mother Mary is the latest A24 film.

Mother Mary is not normally the kind of movie I'm into... but somehow David Lowery totally won me over.

In this review of A24’s Mother Mary, I talk about what worked for me, why Anne Hathaway is so fascinating in the film, and why this one connected with me more than I expected. I also got to see the movie at a screening where David Lowery was there live doing a Q&A, which made the whole experience even more interesting.
