Porky sets a giant robot on the party when they finally reach the 100th floor of the Empire Porky Building.
Lucas should set up a Counter to protect the party, then use Offense Up, then attack.
Kumatora can spam PK Ground or PK Thunder; PK Ground, especially, will be your most valuable asset in one of the final battles, so GET IT.
Duster should lower the bot's defense, then attack.
Finally, Boney should attack.
The robot will eventually go down, giving you clear access to the next area.
