After flushing Living Statues out of several caves, you'll have to fight this statue to un-flood the mining town of Altin once and for all. It's not difficult to defeat, however-- Summoning Meteor will do a huge amount of damage, and it'll be out for the count quite quickly. After winning, you'll be able to use the Lift Psynergy, which will allow you to access further areas.
