X-Men '97 Season 2, Episode 5: "Weapon X, Lies, and DVDs" — Team X is in complete chaos. Wolverine's infected with the Brood and fighting Omega Red at the same time. Morph transforms into Deadpool and literally pulls Lady Deathstrike and Sabretooth to safety during the fight. That was fire. But here's the thing — the team is getting absolutely decimated. Garrison Kane is dead. Maverick is dead. Wolverine's possessed by an alien. Now it's just three of them trying to escape while fighting off the Brood and dealing with Omega Red. I'm sitting here thinking "yo, everyone is dying." The squad that came in as five is now down to three. Morph's the only one actually keeping them alive and cracking jokes while doing it 💀
