Fable's 18-minute quest showcase from Gamescom 2026 and it's absolutely fire. Seamless switching between sword strikes, bow shots, and magic spells mid-combat. Arrows hit different body parts and enemies react accordingly—arm hits stagger different than leg hits than headshots. Magic pushes enemies off ledges, lights them on fire, electrocutes them for stuns. Dodge rolls, parry counters, and devastating combo chains against Wraiths, Skeletons, and boss-tier Lantern Keepers with massive axes. The combat flows like nothing we've seen in RPGs before.
