In this video I use my SDR to visually look at the Carrier Suppression and lowering the Carrier Output of the Si5351 is Critical. I used a 10K pot inserted between the Si5351 and the Carrier Input port on the MC1496.

The audio quality seemed pretty good and the next round of tests will involve the adding of the 1st RF amp stage following the MC1496. This looks promising. Stand by you 40M FLEX Radio Police --- I am about to have some fun with you.
