My trusty CNC Machine suffered a computer failure which required building a new machine and installing the Mach 3 CNC software. It was a nightmare.
Until I found the setup info for the Toshiba TB6560 controller none of the supposed how to set up the Mach 3 tutorials worked. In the video a simple matrix from Toshiba showed the proper pin assignments and now I have the machine working on 2 of the 3 axis.
The X axis is inoperative and there are three possibilities which include the wiring to the motor, the motor itself or something in my setup. More work but a huge step forward.
Projects are awaiting getting this back in operation.
