Well the Benevolent Subscriber struck again! He sent me a very generous gift from Island Creek Oysters. Over seven dozen oysters and some real nice caviar. In this video I shuck them and try and taste test a few raw for you, including the caviar.
Look for two more videos coming soon. In one I will deep fry the oysters and scallops, in the other I char grill the oysters on my Lodge cast iron grill. When those videos are published the links will be posted here.
